Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us.  We really hope that you love your purchase.  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought from us, you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.  Please note that this does not apply to custom pieces, unless they are damaged or faulty.

All items must be returned within the specified time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us unused, in its original condition, in original undamaged packaging. 

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will assess the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges.  Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method.  This may take up to 10 working days from date of receipt depending on your bank.

We the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to return your purchase

By post:

Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging with a copy of the original invoice. 

Ensure that your package is securely sealed and clearly displays our returns address.

Take your parcel to your local Post Office and request proof of postage.  Please keep this safe. You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
