Teeling Whiskey

Teeling Whiskey commissioned Chisel & Plane to design and build their new multi-functional space within their Distillery building in Dublin’s Newmarket.

The design of the room needed to reflect the company’s emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. The bespoke furniture created by Tadhg, and innovative barrel lights developed in tandem with masterline steel, conveyed the brand personality of Teeling Whiskey in every detail of the space.

Chisel & Plane and Teeling Whiskey collaborated to employ sustainable design principles as much as possible such as the use of reclaimed and ethical materials in the design and branding of the room.

The Olympia Theatre

Chisel & Plane worked in collaboration with a huge number of people on this project with the Olympia Theatre Dublin. We were contracted to design and build the various bars, shelving, furniture and frames throughout the theatre. We worked mainly alongside our sister company Divine Design.

This was not only a design, build, and fit-out project, but also included some heavy restoration work, so the utmost care had to be taken when we were refurbishing and redesigning certain aspects of the bars.
